Users & Roles administration
How authorized Pixel administrators manage account roles, tiers, and feature access.
Who can see it
The Users & Roles link is shown only after Pixel verifies the signed-in account’s role with the backend. Admins and the Owner can open the console; regular users do not see the link. If verification is unavailable, the link remains hidden.
What administrators can manage
Authorized administrators can review a safe account summary and, according to their permissions, assign Pixel tiers, set token overrides, and configure per-user feature overrides. Roles, product tiers, and account status are separate controls. Changes are submitted together and recorded in the authorization audit history.
Server-side protection
Hiding the link is only a user-interface behavior. Every Admin API request is authenticated and authorized by Pixel’s backend, and access changes are validated before they are saved. Supabase RLS prevents browser clients from directly changing authorization records.
